We have a small handful of rules here at House of Woland to ensure everyone's night is fun and safe:

Guests strip down upon arrival to their party clothing.
This is just to set the mood. We understand that some may not feel comfortable dressing down right away, so you are welcome to take it at your own pace.

No means no. Ask for consent. Don't be a pushy douche.
Consent, consent, consent. Ask about EVERYTHING. No one will hold it against you if you ask.
Condoms are a must if you are playing with anyone you don't know. We have condoms, lube, gloves and dams freely available. We realise that a lot of couples and moreples may be fluid-bonded, so we don't strictly enforce barriers, but understand that you MUST use a condom UNLESS YOU HAVE EXPLICITLY AGREED OTHERWISE.

We are a kink positive venue, for those who wish to mix BDSM with their swinging.
We don't tend to have very extreme play at House of Woland, but we are a kink friendly event. Some swingers can be a bit uncomfortable with kink activities such as role play, sexual D/s, impact play. Just be aware that some of these activities may take place. We have two rooms and an outside area, so you will have room to avoid any activities you are uncomfortable with.

Please respect the comfort of others and try to ensure your thing doesn't put others off their thing.
We are a kink friendly venue, and we encourage you to incorporate your kink and dynamic into your play, we just ask that you be mindful of others and try not to get too crazy. Try to make sure that your noise/mess/flailing-arms don't distract others trying to have fun.
That goes for conversation too! If you have reached your glorious finale it's tempting to lie back and chat about Netflix with your new friends, but others in the room are still valiantly working towards theirs. A good rule of thumb: if you've come, it's time to go - to the other room to chat.

BYO alcohol is permitted, messy drunkenness is frowned upon.
It's really not sexy, we know sometimes the night can get the better of anyone, but please try to be moderate.

No drugs, soliciting or other illegalness.
Please don't do anything that will get us closed down.
